Neles Neldisc series L12 triple eccentric disc valve operate both in control and shut-off applications, with close to equal percentage characteristics and superior tightness.

Neles BO series butterfly valve is designed for Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption plants (VPSA). It is a wafer type, soft seated, high performance, single eccentric disc valve. The valve provides maximal endurance in fast cycling. Additionally, it provides long lasting tight shut off with excellent flow characteristics and high capacity while maintaining the internal tightness even up to 2 million cycles.

Neles BN series is a cost-effective full bore butterfly valve with a one piece body and an eccentric soft seat. It is specially designed for industrial gas applications featuring long-lasting tight shut-off capability, excellent flow characteristics and long service life. BN series butterfly valve is also used in control applications.

Heavy duty slurry knife gate valve isolates flow even in the most demanding process conditions. The bi-directional flow tolerates backflow and elastomer sleeves on both sides of the gate provide tight shut off. Flowrox™ knife gate valve follows the concept of the ease of maintenance. The valve body is cast in one piece which eliminates the need for sealing between the body halves. Load distribution ring is integrated into the valve sleeves. The valve contains only two service parts; ring sleeves and secondary seal.

Neles lever valves are designed to air separation unit air inlet shut-off valve. They feature self-locking safety design for a specified differential pressure. The lever arrangement provides valve operation with low friction. The sealing sections are not subjected to abrasion wear, resulting in extremely low torque level.

Flowrox™ PV, PVE and PVE/S heavy duty pinch valves are designed for shut off and control applications involving abrasive or corrosive slurries, powders or granular substances. In the open position, the valve is full bore with no flow restrictions. During closing, two pinch bars squeeze the valve sleeve shut on the center line. Bubble tight shut-off is provided even if solids have built up on the sleeve wall.
